Veteran Arts Initiative

My internship project for the Columbus, OH VA Hospital. The Veteran Arts Initiative (VAI) is a program offered within the Whole Health Department of the Columbus VA Hospital. Their mission is to promote creative outlets for veterans while they seek care through the VA Healthcare system.
A Closer Look
This was my introductory piece for working with print studios. Ensuring all images were within the 300 PPI range, bleed lines fit specific requirements, and colors selected were ready to be printed, I had a lot of fun creating this! Happy to hear my old manager still uses this at program events.
The Moving Mountains poster was used throughout central Ohio as the main advertisement for the 2019 Ohio State Fair show, marking the first ever military art show in the Ohio State Fair's history. The artwork used in the top half of the poster was done by an Ohio native veteran, lovingly titled Heather's Journey.
